The Air Transport Agreement between the European Community and its Member States, on the one hand, and the United States of America, on the other hand (‘the Air Transport Agreement’), signed by the United States of America and the Member States of the European Community and the European Community on 25 and 30 April 2007, as amended by the Protocol to amend the Air Transport Agreement between the United States of America and the European Community and its Member States, signed on 25 and 30 April 2007 (‘the Protocol’), signed by the United States of America, the Member States of the European Union and the European Union on 24 June 2010, explicitly provides for the accession of third countries to the Air Transport Agreement.
L’accord de transport aérien entre la Communauté européenne et ses États membres, d’une part, et les États-Unis d’Amérique, d’autre part (ci-après dénommé «accord de transport aérien»), signé par les États-Unis d’Amérique et les États membres de la Communauté européenne et la Communauté européenne les 25 et 30 avril 2007, tel que modifié par le protocole modifiant l’accord de transport aérien entre les États-Unis d’Amérique et la Communauté européenne et ses États membres, signé les 25 et 30 avril 2007 (ci-après dénommé «protocole»), signé par les États-Unis d’Amérique, les États membres de l’Union européenne et l’Union européenne le 24 juin 2010, prévoit explicitement l’adhésion de pays tiers à l’accord de transport aérien.
