G. whereas after the signing on 21 March 2014 of the political provisions of the Association Agreement (AA), on 27 June 2014 the EU and Ukraine officially signed the remaining part of this Agreement, which includes a Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Agreement (DCFTA); whereas the European Parliament and the Verkhovna Rada have simultaneously ratified the Association Agreement; whereas on 12 September 2014 the Commission announced that the provisional application of the DCFTA would be postponed until 31 December 2015; whereas this will result in a prolongation of the unilateral trade preferences granted by the EU to Ukraine, which were to expire on 1 November 2014;
G. considérant qu'après avoir souscrit aux dispositions politiques de l'accord d'association le 21 mars 2014, l'Union européenne et l'Ukraine ont signé officiellement le volet restant de cet accord le 27 juin 2014, qui prévoit notamment la mise en place d'un accord de libre-échange approfondi et complet (ALEAC); que le Parlement européen et le Parlement ukrainien ont ratifié simultanément cet accord d'association; que, le 12 septembre 2014, la Commission a annoncé que l'application provisoire de l'ALEAC serait reportée au 31 décembre 2015; que cela entraînera une prolongation des préférences commerciales unilatérales accordées par l'Union européenne à l'Ukraine, qui devaient prendre fin le 1 novembre 2014;
