Denmark will abstain from entering into international agreements which may affect or alter the scope of the Regulations as annexed to this Agreement concerning the determination of responsibility for examining an asylum application or measures concerning the comparison of fingerprints of third country nationals covered by the Eurodac Regulation unless it is done with the agreement of the Community and satisfactory arrangements have been made with regard to the relationship between this Agreement and the international agreement in question.

2. As far as required under the agreement concerned, third countries shall collect the catch data transmitted by their vessels in accordance with paragraph 1 and, before the 15th of each calendar month, shall submit by electronic transmission to the Commission, or to a body designated by the Commission, the quantities for each stock, group of stocks or fishing category, caught in Community waters in the previous month by all vessels flying their flag.

2. This Regulation shall apply to bilateral agreements between Member States and third countries and closed regional agreements concerning matters falling, entirely or partly, within the scope of Regulation (EC) No 2201/2003 and Regulation (EC) No 4/2009.
