This information shall include a cost breakdown related to the previous year and a forecast for the following year.

6a. The Agency shall inform the European Parliament on an annual basis of the number of technical equipment that each Member State has committed to the pool in accordance with this Article".

3. Each Member State shall provide the Agency each year with aggregated information in accordance with Annex III. The Agency shall summarise that information at Union level and shall make the non-confidential information publicly available by means of the Database.

4. Any Member State wishing to participate in the Agency after the entry into force of this Decision or wishing to withdraw from the Agency shall notify its intention to the Council and shall inform the HR.

In particular, a credit rating agency shall adopt appropriate measures so that the information it uses in assigning a rating is of sufficient quality to support a credible rating. If a credit rating involves a type of entity or financial instrument for which historical data is limited, the credit rating agency shall make clear, in a prominent place, the limitations of the credit rating.

The Commission shall submit to the European Parliament and the Council, on the basis of information provided by the Agency, a report on the implementation of this Regulation no later than 31 December 2010 The report, which shall be established without prejudice to the role of the Administrative Board of the Agency, shall set out the results of the utilisation of the Community contribution referred to in Article 4 as regards commitments and expenditure covering the period between 1 January 2007 and 31 December 2009.
La Commission soumet au Parlement européen et au Conseil, en se fondant sur les informations fournies par l'Agence, un rapport sur la mise en œuvre du présent règlement au plus tard 31 décembre 2010. Le rapport, qui est établi sans préjudice du rôle du conseil d'administration de l'Agence, expose les résultats de l'utilisation de la contribution communautaire visée à l'article 4 en ce qui concerne les engagements et les dépenses couvrant la période allant du 1er janvier 2007 au 31 décembre 2009.

4. The information collected and processed in accordance with this Regulation by the Commission and the Agency shall be subject to Regulation (EC) No 45/2001 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 December 2000 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data by the Community institutions and bodies and on the free movement of such data and the Agency shall take the necessary measures to ensure the safe handling and processing of confidential information.
4. Les informations recueillies et traitées conformément au présent règlement par la Commission et l'Agence sont soumises au règlement (CE) no 45/2001 du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 18 décembre 2000 relatif à la protection des personnes physiques à l'égard du traitement des données à caractère personnel par les institutions et organes communautaires et à la libre circulation de ces données et l'Agence prend les mesures nécessaires pour garantir la sûreté du traitement et de l'exploitation des informations confidentielles.
