On the subject of a security force, my only observation would be that, it is now a matter of great urgency for people like Thabo Mbeki and others who are promoting the new African union in replacement of the old organization of African unity, in the sense that Africans should somehow be able to intervene on their own continent and not rely on outside interference.
La seule chose que j'ai à dire au sujet des forces de sécurité, c'est que des gens comme Thabo Mbeki et les autres sentent qu'il est maintenant très urgent de promouvoir la nouvelle Union africaine qui remplacerait l'Organisation de l'unité africaine; en effet, les Africains devraient être en mesure d'intervenir sur leur continent sans avoir à se fier à l'intervention de l'extérieur.
