With regard to Actions 73 (Advice on contracting), 74 (Contracts database) and 94 (fraud proofing of legislation and contract management) of the White Paper on reform, a process of revision of contracts is under way in order to include clear clauses for the protection of financial interests (standard clauses concerning checks and sanctions, making them more effective).
