(D) if a tax adjustment note is issued to the financial institution under subsection 232.02(2) of the Act in respect of employer resources, particular supplies (as referred to in subsection 232.02(4) of the Act) of those employer resources are deemed for the purposes of section 232.02 of the Act to have been received by the financial institution under subparagraph 172.1(6)(d)(i) of the Act and tax in respect of each of the particular supplies is deemed for the purposes of section 232.02 of the Act to have been paid under subparagraph 172.1(6)(d)(ii) of the Act by the financial institution, an amount that the financial institution would be required by paragraph 232.02(4)(c) of the Act to pay during the particular reporting period to the Receiver General as a result of the issuance of the tax adjustment note if the financial institution were a selected listed financial institution on the first day on which an amount of tax is deemed for the purposes of section 232.02 of the Act to have been paid in respect of the particular supplies,

86. If a person who has elected under this Act or Part V of the former Act to pay for any period of service and has undertaken to pay for that period of service in instalments ceases to be a member of the regular force or the reserve force, as the case may be, before all the instalments have been paid, the unpaid instalments may be reserved, in accordance with the regulations, from any amount payable to them by Her Majesty in right of Canada, including any periodic benefit payable to them under this Act, until such time as all the instalments have been paid, or the person dies, whichever occurs first.
86. (2) Where a contributor who has elected under this Act or Part V of the former Act to pay for any period of service and has undertaken to pay for that period by instalments, ceases to be a member of the regular force before all the instalments have been paid, the unpaid instalments may be reserved, in accordance with the regulations, from any amount payable to him by Her Majesty including any annuity or other benefit payable to him under this Act, until such time as all the instalments have been paid or the contributor dies, whichever occurs first.

Member States shall lay down the detailed rules concerning this option for entities and legal arrangements which have their place of effective management in their territory and shall ensure that the entity or legal arrangement having exercised this option acts as paying agent in accordance with paragraph 1, up to the total amount of the interest payments received, on each occasion that a beneficial owner becomes immediately entitled to its assets or income".
