Having regard to Decision No 1/2005 of 8 March 2005 of the ACP-EU Council of Ministers concerning the adoption of the Rules of Procedure of the ACP-EU Council of Ministers (4) and, in particular, Article 8(2) thereof,

(1) By Decision No 10/2001 of the ACP-EC Committee of Ambassadors of 20 December 2001 on the use of unallocated resources from the 8th European Development Fund(1) and Decision No 3/2002 of the ACP-EC Council of Ministers, of 23 December 2002 on the reallocation of unallocated resources as well as uncommitted interest subsidies from the Eighth European Development Fund(2), the ACP-EC Council of Ministers allocated resources to peace-building, conflict prevention and resolution for a total amount of EUR 75 million.

3. The ACP States shall set up a Fund, which will be managed by their General Secretariat, for the purpose of contributing to the financing of the expenses incurred by ACP participants at meetings of the Joint Parliamentary Assembly and the Council of Ministers.
3. Afin de contribuer au financement des dépenses encourues par des participants ACP aux réunions organisées par l'Assemblée parlementaire paritaire ou par le Conseil des ministres, les États ACP créent un Fonds qui sera géré par leur Secrétariat général.

Representatives of the EU Member States responsible for the Investment Facility, Representatives of the ACP States, as well as the European Investment Bank, the European Commission, the EU Council Secretariat and the ACP Secretariat shall meet annually to discuss the operations, performance and policy questions concerning the Investment Facility.
Les représentants des États membres de l'Union européenne chargés de la facilité d'investissement, les représentants des États ACP ainsi que la Banque européenne d'investissement, la Commission européenne, le secrétariat du Conseil de l'Union européenne et le secrétariat ACP se rencontrent une fois par an pour examiner les opérations effectuées, la performance de la facilité et les questions de politique concernant cette facilité.
