As I look at the questions you have here and listen to what is being said by the participants around the table, it seems to me what it is rolling toward is a need for the acceptance of the concept that Canada must have a cultural policy that speaks to the maintenance of things such as the CBC and Radio-Canada, and to the whole issue of trade publishing and magazine publishing, and that identifies for our cousins to the south what it is we're all about.
