The Chair: My suggestion, Mr. Anders, is that because of the precious time we would like to spend on the bill itself and because we also anticipate a major piece of legislation as it relates to immigration, where such a question definitely would have a proper place for intensive debate, we agree to hold in abeyance any remarks Mr. Fyffe may want to give that don't relate directly to the bill itself.
