Mr Michel will have talks with the main actors in the transition, including President Joseph Kabila and the Vice-Presidents; the President of the Assembly, Olivier Kamitatu; the President of the Senate, Marini Bodho; the Chairman of the independent Electoral Commission, Abbé Malu Malu; and the Special Representative of the UN Secretary-General in DRC, Ambassador William Swing.
