3. 3. Les viandes de sanglier ou d'autres espèces sensibles à la trichinose doivent faire l'objet d'une analyse par digestion, conformément à la directive 77/96/CEE du Conseil, du 21 décembre 1976, relative à la recherche de trichines lors des importations, en provenance des pays tiers, des viandes fraîches provenant d'animaux domestiques de l'espèce porcine (²) ou d'un examen trichinoscopique avec des observations microscopiques d'échantillons multiples de chaque animal prélevés au moins sur les muscles masticateurs et diaphragmatiques, sur la musculature de l'avant-bras, sur la musculature intercostale et sur la musculature de la langue.
