Noting that the 61st session of the CHR and the 60th session of UNGA Third Committee took place against the backdrop of UN reform, the Council welcomes the progress made in a number of EU priority areas, including the adoption at CHR and UNGA Third Committee of all, except one, of the EU's texts on country situations, and all of the EU's texts on thematic issues.
Notant que la 61 session de la CDH et la 60ème session de la Troisième Commission de l'AGNU ont eu lieu sur fond de réforme des NU, le Conseil se félicite des progrès accomplis dans un certain nombre de domaines prioritaires pour l'UE, y compris l'adoption à la CDH et à la Troisième Commission de l'AGNU de tous les textes de l'UE à l'exception d'un seul, concernant la situation par pays et de tous les textes de l'UE sur des questions thématiques.
