6 (1) Where a company that has entered into an agreement with Her Majesty to construct a dry dock under this Act is unable to agree with the owner of any land or other real property or interest therein as to the purchase, acquisition or transfer of the land, property or interest or the price to be paid for it, and the company considers that it is necessary for a site for the dry dock, the company may, with the approval of the Governor in Council and in accordance with the Expropriation Act, expropriate the land, property or interest.
6 (1) Si la compagnie, après avoir passé un contrat avec Sa Majesté pour la construction d’un bassin de radoub sous le régime de la présente loi, ne peut s’entendre avec le propriétaire de quelque terrain ou immeuble, ou intérêt y afférent, quant à leur achat, acquisition ou transfert, ou quant au prix à payer, et que la compagnie estime que ces terrains, immeubles ou intérêts sont nécessaires pour l’emplacement de ce bassin de radoub, elle peut, avec l’approbation du gouverneur en conseil, les exproprier conformément à la Loi sur l’expropriation, sans le consentement du propriétaire.
