Organiser refers to the legal or natural person who organises or instructs a person to organise, wholly or in part, a national or international football game, on his/her own initiative or on the initiative of a third party.
Par «organisateur», on entend la personne morale ou physique qui, de sa propre initiative ou à l’initiative d’une tierce partie, organise ou fait organiser, en tout ou en partie, un match de football national ou international.

6. The results of the post-mortem health inspections shall be recorded by the official veterinarian and, where diseases communicable to man as referred to in the third indent of Article 3 (1) (d) or Article 9 are diagnosed, communicated to the competent veterinary authorities responsible for supervision of the hunting area from which the wild game originated, as well as to the person responsible for the said area.
6. Les résultats des inspections sanitaires post mortem sont enregistrés par le vétérinaire officiel et, en cas de diagnostic d'une maladie transmissible à l'homme visée à l'article 3 paragraphe 1 point d) troisième tiret ou à l'article 9, communiqués aux autorités vétérinaires compétentes ayant sous leur contrôle le territoire de chasse du gibier sauvage, ainsi qu'au responsable dudit territoire.
