3. For the purpose of subsection 215(2) of the Act, the value of goods described in item 19, 22, 25, 28, 29, 34, 37, 50, 51, 55 or 56 of the schedule to the Temporary Importation (Excise Levies and Additional Duties) Regulations, or, in the case of goods imported by a non-resident person, in item 4, 10, 13, 45 or 48 of that schedule, and imported in circumstances in which the terms and conditions of those Regulations are met or, if those Regulations do not apply, in which those terms and conditions (other than any respecting security) would be met if those Regulations applied, shall be determined by the formula

Pour l’application du paragraphe 215(2) de la Loi, la valeur des produits énumérés aux articles 19, 22, 25, 28, 29, 34, 37, 50, 51, 55 ou 56 de l’annexe du Règlement sur l’importation temporaire de marchandises (prélèvement d’accise et droits supplémentaires) ou, s’il s’agit de produits importés par une personne non-résidente, aux articles 4, 10, 13, 45 ou 48 de cette annexe, qui sont importés conformément aux modalités de ce règlement ou, en cas d’inapplication de ce règlement, conformément à ces modalités (sauf celles concernant les garanties) si le règlement s’appliquait, est déterminée selon la formule suivante :

(iii) of an ATA Carnet referred to in the Display Goods Temporary Importation Regulations that was issued in respect of the object on the last occasion the object was imported into Canada, or
(iii) du carnet ATA mentionné dans le Règlement sur l’importation temporaire de marchandises d’exhibition, qui a été délivré pour l’objet à l’occasion de sa dernière importation au Canada, ou

(i) goods described in the following items of the schedule to the Temporary Importation Regulations imported in circumstances where the terms and conditions of those Regulations are met, namely,

(e) is imported in accordance with the Non-residents’ Temporary Importation of Baggage and Conveyances Regulations;
