In practice, it aims to secure and maintain the involvement of the selected local and national authorities, establish a Geographic Information System (GIS, a set of intelligent maps and other views that show features, and feature relationships, on the earth’s surface) and reinforce the technical capacities of the municipalities and rural councils concerned.
Sur le plan pratique, il s’agit d’assurer et de maintenir la participation des autorités locales et nationales choisies, de créer un système d’information géographique (GIS), consistant en un ensemble de cartes intelligentes et d’autres représentations montrant des phénomènes et les relations entre phénomènes sur la surface du globe, et de renforcer les capacités techniques des municipalités et des conseils ruraux concernés.
