‘In the Member States which include the geographical information system for olive cultivation in the identification system for the agricultural parcels referred to in Article 20 of Regulation (EC) No 1782/2003, the graphic material supplied to the farmer as regards olive parcels shall include for each olive parcel the number of eligible olive trees and their positioning in the parcel as well as the olive area expressed in olive GIS-ha in accordance with point 3 of Annex XXIV of Regulation (EC) No 1973/2004’.

Malta and Slovenia may grant aid for olive groves per olive GIS-ha in 2006 up to a maximum of five categories of olive groves areas as defined in Article 110i(2) of Regulation (EC) No 1782/2003 and within the maximum amount fixed in paragraph 3 of that Article, in accordance with objective criteria and in such a way as to ensure equal treatment between the farmers.

Malte et la Slovénie peuvent accorder en 2006 des aides aux oliveraies par olive SIG-ha pour chacune des cinq catégories de superficies plantées en oliviers que ces États peuvent définir au maximum conformément à l’article 110 decies, paragraphe 2, du règlement (CE) no 1782/2003 et dans la limite des montants fixés respectivement à 0,047 et à 0,120 million EUR.
