Following discussions with the Member States, it was decided not to include in this assessment areas where the restrictions relate to the protection of young fish or to a ban on the fishing of certain species, such as in the Norway Pout Box, or, again, where the rules on access had recently been reviewed, as for example, in the case of the Irish Box.
À la suite de discussions avec les États membres, il a été décidé de ne pas inclure dans l’évaluation les zones dans lesquelles les restrictions visent à la protection des juvéniles et où est interdite la pêche de certaines espèces (cantonnement du tacaud norvégien) ou encore, là où les règles d'accès ont fait l'objet d'un récent réexamen comme dans le cas de l'Irish Box.
