Does the Commission not consider that a directive such as this, in the name of cracking down on fraud, will create a ‘special category of specialist-informers’ and that it will open up a Pandora’s box leading to mud-slinging in all the Member States by setting up a mechanism whereby anyone who receives the protection of immunity may make unsubstantiated accusations against anyone else?
La Commission ne pense-t-elle pas qu'au nom de la lutte contre la fraude, une telle directive risque de créer une "catégorie particulière de maîtres-mouchards" et de donner le feu vert à tous ceux qui, dans les États membres, souhaiteraient salir la réputation de certaines personnes, dès lors qu'elle met en place un mécanisme qui permettra à tout un chacun de lancer impunément des accusations invérifiables contre n'importe qui ?
