IN-CONTEXT TRANSLATIONS
The parties subsequently receive brief minutes of the hearing and are subsequently notified in writing of the next steps to be taken in the proceedings, in particular of the date of delivery of the judgment.

The elements of the procedure contained in Articles 31 to 38 of the Statute can also apply to the Community Patent Court: Article 31 (principle of public hearings), Article 32 (examination of experts, witnesses and parties), Article 33 (minutes of hearings), Article 34 (establishment of case list), Article 35 (secrecy of deliberations), Article 36 (contents of judgments), Article 37 (signing of judgments and reading of judgment in open court) and Article 38 (adjudication upon costs).

125. As to the applicant’s arguments relating to the non-communication of the minutes of the Bureau’s deliberations and the results of votes, it has to be found that these documents are irrelevant as they do not relate to the contested decision, from which it follows that the applicant cannot effectively rely on this failure to communicate (see by analogy the judgment in Aalborg Portland and Others v Commission , cited in paragraph 119 above, at paragraph 126).

Also, in its judgment of 28 October 1998 (Case C-6/98, PRO Sieben Media AG) concerning the restriction on broadcast time devoted to advertising, the Court of Justice ruled that Article 11(3) of the Directive should be construed as prescribing the gross principle, so that, in order to calculate the 45-minute period for the purpose of determining the number of advertising interruptions allowed in the broadcasting of audiovisual works such as feature films and films made for television, the duration of the advertisements must be included ...[+++]
