"(j) point of entry shall be considered to mean: the place where plants, plant products or other objects are brought for the first time into the customs territory of the Community:
the airport in the case of air transport, the
port in the case of maritime or fluvial transport, the station in the case of railway transport, and the place of the customs office responsible for the area where t
he Community inland frontier is crossed, in the ...[+++]case of any other transport;
"j) point d'entrée: l'endroit où des végétaux, produits végétaux ou autres objets sont introduits pour la première fois sur le territoire douanier de la Communauté, à savoir l'aéroport dans le cas du transport aérien, le port dans le cas du transport maritime ou fluvial, la gare dans le cas du transport ferroviaire et, pour tous les autres types de transport, l'emplacement du bureau de douane responsable de la zone où la frontière terrestre de la Communauté est franchie;
