This Protocol, drawn up in a single original in the Bulgarian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Estonian, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hungarian, Irish, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovak, Slovenian, Spanish and Swedish languages, each text being equally authentic, shall be deposited in the archives of the Government of the Italian Republic, which shall transmit a certified copy to each of the governments of the other Member States.

The model may be issued in the following languages: Slovenian; Slovenian and Italian (bilingual); Slovenian and Hungarian (bilingual).

– (SL) I once again note with regret that, whereas the status of the Italian and Hungarian minorities in Slovenia has been regulated in an exemplary manner and each minority has its own representative in the Slovenian Parliament, Slovenian minorities do not enjoy the same kind of support in the countries in which they live.

The Bulgarian, Czech, Danish, English, Estonian, Finnish, French, Greek, Hungarian, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovak, Slovenian, Spanish and Swedish versions of point A.1 of the Annex to Regulation (EEC) No 821/68 of the Commission (2) differ from the text of the other official languages of the Community.

If a Member State wishes to make the entries in a national language other than one of the following languages: Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Estonian, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hungarian, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Polish, Portuguese, Slovak, Slovenian, Spanish or Swedish, it shall draw up a bilingual version of the licence using one of the aforementioned languages, without prejudice to the other provisions of this Annex;
Dans le cas où un État membre désire libeller ces inscriptions dans une langue nationale autre que l'une des langues suivantes: allemande, anglaise, danoise, espagnole, estonienne, finnoise, française, grecque, hongroise, italienne, lettone, lituanienne, maltaise, néerlandaise, polonaise, portugaise, slovaque, slovène, suédoise et tchèque il établit une version bilingue du permis faisant appel à l'une des langues précitées, sans préjudice des autres dispositions de la présente annexe;
