Calls on the Commission, the Member States and the regions to draw up jointly an exhaustive catalogue, to be made available on the internet, of projects funded in the coastal zones, thus enabling the regions to learn from others' experience and permitting academia, the coastal communities and other interested parties to identify, publicise and maximise the transfer of best practices to the local communities; in this light recommends the setting up of a forum where interested parties can contact each other and share good practices and of a working group of representatives of Members States to develop action plans on coastal tourism and foster the exchange of experiences at institutional level;

Stresses the importance of the role to be played by the Internet in ensuring a transparent and coherent way of exchanging information about the implementation and development of the 2005-2012 EU drugs strategy, facilitating the involvement of and guaranteeing the participation of civil society (including users and community groups) in implementing the above-mentioned Action Plan - at all levels and in the Civil Society Forum on Drugs - improving access to and the effectiveness of prevention programmes and raising awareness;

The Recommendation and Action Plan also call on the Commission to cooperate with the Member States in the exchange of information about the opportunities for transnational mobility, aimed at the specific target groups, with a view to facilitating access, for example by developing an Internet portal providing easy access to the various sources of information on mobility.
