therwise dispose of feed grain acquired by the Minister pursuant to subsection (1) in accordance with sound commercial practices for such price as the Minister considers reasonable with the object of recovering the costs incurred by the Minister in respect of the feed grain, including the purchase price of the feed grain, costs of handling, storage and transportation thereof and any administration costs applicable to the purchase and sale thereof minus any payments related to the cost of feed grain storage or to the cost of feed grain transportation paid by the Minister to the Minister’s own account pursua

(2) Le ministre vend les céréales acquises sous le régime du paragraphe (1) — ou les écoule de toute autre manière — en accord avec les usages commerciaux normaux et au prix qu’il estime juste pour lui permettre de couvrir tant les frais engagés, notamment, pour leur achat, manutention, entreposage et transport que les frais d’administration afférents à leur achat et vente, déduction faite des paiements relatifs aux dépenses d’entreposage ou de transport des céréales effectués par le ministre à son propre compte en conformité avec l’alinéa 6a).
