2. The competent authorities of the home Member State shall provide the competent authorities of host Member States immediately with any information and findings pertaining to liquidity supervision in accordance with Part Six of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013 and Title VII, Chapter 3 of this Directive of the activities performed by the institution through its branches, to the extent that such information and findings are relevant to the protection of depositors or investors in the host Member State.
2. Les autorités compétentes de l'État membre d'origine communiquent immédiatement aux autorités compétentes des États membres d'accueil toutes informations et constatations relatives à la surveillance de la liquidité, conformément à la sixième partie du règlement (UE) no 575/2013 et au titre VII, chapitre 3, de la présente directive, concernant les activités exercées par l'établissement par le moyen de ses succursales, dans la mesure où ces informations et constatations sont pertinentes pour la protection des déposants ou des investisseurs dans les États membres d'accueil.
