First, in terms of our oversight of official languages at CIDA, the agency has a three-year strategic action plan for 2010-2013, which integrates all parts of the Official Languages Act, including section 41 of part VII. In January, CIDA's senior management team reviewed the plan in the context of points raised in the review and approved provisions to strengthen the action plan.
