25. Calls for the establishment of special zones in respect of ecologically sensitive and navigationally difficult areas in the Baltic, in particular the Cadet Channel, the Skagerrak/Kattegatt, the Great Belt and the Sound, which may no longer be traversed by ocean-going vessels, primarily oil tankers, without a pilot, and calls on the Commission and the Member States to take the necessary steps to that end in the competent international bodies, in particular the IMO; in this context, views the designation of these areas as a 'particularly sensitive sea area' - PSSA - as a possible measure;
25. demande, s'agissant de zones de la mer Baltique qui sont écologiquement sensibles et de navigation difficile, en particulier la Kadetrende, le Skagerrak/Kattegatt, le Grand Belt et le Sund, la création de zones spéciales par lesquelles les navires océaniques, en particulier les pétroliers, ne pourraient plus transiter sans pilote, et invite la Commission et les États membres à prendre les initiatives nécessaires à cet effet au sein des instances internationales compétentes et, en particulier, au sein de l'OMI; considère que, à cet égard, on pourrait désigner ces zones comme "zones maritimes particulièrement sensibles" (Particular Sensitive Sea Area – PSSA);
