In order to reach the objective as outlined above, which is to provide the bench with technical expertise of a general kind, a limited number of assistant rapporteurs covering the basic divisions of technology such as one for each of the following seven fields would seem appropriate: inorganic chemistry and materials science, organic and polymer chemistry, biochemistry and biotechnology, general physics, mechanical engineering, information and communication technology, electrical engineering.
Pour atteindre l'objectif défini ci-dessus, à savoir de mettre à la disposition des magistrats des compétences techniques d'ordre général, il paraît suffisant de prévoir un nombre limité de rapporteurs adjoints couvrant les grandes disciplines technologiques, par exemple un pour chacun des sept domaines suivants: chimie inorganique et science des matériaux, chimie organique et des polymères, biochimie et biotechnologie, physique générale, mécanique, technologies de l'information et de la communication et électrotechnique.
