TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

These discussions concerned Articles 8, 9 and 12 of the TEN Financial Regulation as regards establishing the agreement of the Member State(s) concerned for applications for financial assistance, the financial control measures to be operated by the Member States over the use of the funds requested and their obligation to notify the Commission of the management and control systems established to ensure the efficient implementation of projects and studies and to make available to the Commission any appropriate national reports on the control of projects.
Les discussions ont porté sur les articles 8, 9, et 12 du règlement déterminant les règles de financement des réseaux transeuropéens eu égard à l'établissement de l'accord des États membres concernés pour les demandes de concours financier, aux mesures à appliquer par les États membres pour contrôler l'utilisation des fonds demandés, à l'obligation des États membres de notifier à la Commission les systèmes de contrôle et de gestion créés pour assurer que les projets et les études sont menés à bonne fin, ainsi que de mettre à la disposition de la Commission tout rapport approprié établi au niveau national et concernant le contrôle des projets considérés.

The Commission shall ensure that the applicants for financial assistance under this Decision and beneficiaries of such assistance provide it with information about financial assistance received from other sources, including the general budget of the Union, and about on-going applications for such assistance.
La Commission veille à ce que les candidats à une aide financière au titre de la présente décision et les bénéficiaires d'une telle aide lui fournissent les informations sur l'aide financière qu'ils perçoivent d'autres sources, y compris du budget général de l'Union, et sur les demandes en cours d'une telle aide.

Subsequently, Slovenia submitted an application for financial assistance from the European Union Solidarity Fund under the major disaster criterion, whereby Croatia's and Austria's applications were submitted under the so-called 'neighbouring country criterion'.

2. Considers of great importance the quick release of financial assistance through the EU Solidarity Fund (EUSF) for those affected by natural catastrophes, and therefore warmly welcomes the prompt submission by Italian authorities of their application for financial assistance from the EUSF, as well as the prompt presentation by the Commission of its proposal for mobilisation of the EUSF;
2. estime qu'il est extrêmement important d'octroyer rapidement l'aide financière apportée par le Fonds de solidarité de l'Union européenne (FSUE) aux victimes de catastrophes naturelles; se félicite dès lors vivement de la rapidité avec laquelle les autorités italiennes ont introduit leur demande d'intervention financière du FSUE et de la présentation rapide de la proposition de la Commission en vue de l'intervention du FSUE;

2. The Commission shall ensure that the applicants for financial assistance under the Instrument and beneficiaries of such assistance provide it with information about financial assistance received from other sources, including the general budget of the European Union, and about ongoing applications for receiving such assistance.

Regardless of its form, Community financial assistance should be granted in accordance with the provisions of Council Regulation (EC, Euratom) No 1605/2002 of 25 June 2002 on the Financial Regulation applicable to the general budget of the European Communities (the Financial Regulation) and of Commission Regulation (EC, Euratom) No 2342/2002 of 23 December 2002 laying down detailed rules for the implementation of Council Regulation (EC, Euratom) No 1605/2002 on the Financial Regulation applicable to the general budget of the European Communities , except where the provisions of this Regulation explicitly depart from those rules.
Quelle que soit sa forme, l’assistance financière communautaire devrait être octroyée conformément aux dispositions du règlement (CE, Euratom) no 1605/2002 du Conseil du 25 juin 2002 portant règlement financier applicable au budget général des Communautés européennes (le «règlement financier») et du règlement (CE, Euratom) no 2342/2002 de la Commission du 23 décembre 2002 établissant les modalités d’exécution du règlement (CE, Euratom) no 1605/2002 du Conseil portant règlement financier applicable au budget général des Communautés européennes , sauf dans les cas où le présent règlement déroge expressément à ces règles.

Requests for financial assistance submitted under these actions shall be directed to the Commission, which shall carry out the selection and allocate financial assistance to the applicants selected in accordance with the general guidelines to be established under Article 9(1)(c).
Les demandes de soutien financier présentées au titre de ces actions sont adressées à la Commission, qui procède à la sélection et attribue un soutien financier aux demandeurs retenus en application des orientations générales à définir en vertu de l'article 9, paragraphe 1, point c).
