IN-CONTEXT TRANSLATIONS

In order to ensure uniform conditions for the implementation of this Regulation and to avoid unfair competition or discrimination between farmers, implementing powers should be conferred on the Commission in respect of: setting the amount to be included in the special national de-mining reserve for Croatia; fixing the annual national ceiling for the basic payment scheme; adopting rules on applications for allocation of payment entitlements; adopting measures regarding the reversion of non-activated payment entitlements to the national reserve; adopting modalities of the notification of transfer of payment entitlements to the national authorities and the deadlines within which such notifications are to take place; fixing the annual national ceiling for the single area payment scheme; adopting rules on applications for allocation of payment entitlements submitted in the year of allocation of payment entitlements where Member States change to the basic payment scheme; fixing annual ceilings for the redistributive payment.
Afin d'assurer des conditions uniformes d'exécution du présent règlement et d'éviter toute concurrence déloyale ou toute discrimination entre agriculteurs, il convient de conférer des compétences d'exécution à la Commission en ce qui concerne: la fixation du montant à inclure dans la réserve spéciale nationale pour le déminage pour la Croatie; la fixation du plafond national annuel pour le régime de paiement de base; l'adoption de règles relatives aux demandes d'attribution de droits au paiement; l'adoption de mesures relatives au reversement des droits au paiement non utilisés à la réserve nationale; l'adoption de modalités relatives à la notification du transfert des droits au paiement aux autorités nationales et des délais dans lesquels ces notifications doivent être effectuées; la fixation du plafond national annuel pour le régime de paiement unique à la surface; l'adoption de règles relatives aux demandes d'attribution de droits au paiement présentées au cours de l'année d'attribution des droits au paiement lorsque les États membres passent au régime de paiement de base; la fixation de plafonds annuels pour le paiement redistributif.

Directive 2002/21/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 7 March 2002 on a common regulatory framework for electronic communications networks and services (Framework Directive) requires that providers of public electronic communications networks or publicly available electronic communications services take appropriate measures to safeguard the integrity and security thereof, and introduces an obligation for the national regulatory authorities, where appropriate, to inform, inter alia, the Agency about any security breach or integrity loss that has had a significant impact on the operation of networks or services and to submit to the Commission and to the Agency an annual summary report on the notifications received and the action taken.
La directive 2002/21/CE du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 7 mars 2002 relative à un cadre réglementaire commun pour les réseaux et services de communications électroniques (directive «cadre») exige que les fournisseurs de réseaux publics de communications électroniques ou de services de communications électroniques accessibles au public prennent les mesures appropriées pour assurer leur intégrité et sécurité et impose aux autorités réglementaires nationales, le cas échéant, d’informer entre autres l’Agence de toute atteinte à la sécurité ou perte d’intégrité ayant eu un impact significatif sur le fonctionnement des réseaux ou services, ainsi que de soumettre à la Commission et à l’Agence un rapport annuel succinct sur les notifications reçues et l’action engagée.

In 2015 where any of the information required in Article 16 is not available to the deposit guarantee scheme by 31 January for the purposes of the calculation the annual target level referred to in Article 4(2) or of the basic annual contribution of each institution referred to in Article 5, following a notification by the deposit guarantee scheme, the relevant credit institutions shall provide the resolution authorities with that information by that date.

Whereas notifications and reports concerning the main production capacities already in operation or to be built cannot give a sufficiently full picture of foreseeable developments ; whereas, on the one hand, certain capacities are too small to justify separate notification while their total importance should not be underestimated ; whereas, on the other hand, it is in the common interest to co-ordinate investment on the basis not only of capacities in operation or under construction, but also of those which may be still at the planning stage ; whereas an overall annual survey of investments and of the capacities in operation, under construction or in the planning stage is likely to complement usefully the information obtained by means of notifications and reports;
