Is the leader saying that it would not be wise to have a search and rescue helicopter at CFB Moose Jaw where all of our advanced flying schools are located, and where, far from being hypothetical, it is entirely possible, through the fault of no one, that an accident could take place far from the base, given the fact these aircraft travel at the speeds that they do?
