By application lodged at the Registry of the Court of Justice on 18 August 1995, Langnese-Iglo GmbH brought an appeal, pursuant to Article 49 of the EC Statute of the Court of Justice, against the judgment of the Court of First Instance of 8 June 1995 in Case T-7/93 Langnese-Iglo v Commission [1995] ECR II-1533 in which that Court dismissed in part its application for the annulment of Commission Decision 93/406/EEC of 23 December 1992 relating to a proceeding pursuant to Article 85 of the EEC Treaty against Langnese-Iglo GmbH (IV/34.072) (hereinafter 'the contested decision').
Par requête déposée au greffe de la Cour le 18 août 1995, Langnese-Iglo GmbH a formé un pourvoi contre l'arrêt du Tribunal de première instance du 8 juin 1995, Langnese- Iglo/Commission ( ci-après l'«arrêt entrepris»), par lequel celui-ci a partiellement rejeté son recours tendant à l'annulation de la décision 93/406/CEE de la Commission, du 23 décembre 1992, relative à une procédure d'application de l'article 85 du traité contre Langnese-Iglo GmbH (Affaire IV/34.072) (ci-après la «décision litigieuse»).

Whereas Directive 88/406/EEC (4), which amends Directive 64/432/EEC of 26 June 1964 on animal health problems affecting intra-Community trade in bovine animals and swine (5), as last amended by Directive 89/662/EEC (6), lays down common health guarantees regarding enzootic bovine leukosis as applicable to certain categories of bovine animals intended for intra-Community trade which will apply from 1 July 1990;
considérant que la directive 88/406/CEE (4), modifiant la directive 64/432/CEE, du 26 juin 1964, relative à des problèmes de police sanitaire en matière d'échanges intracommunautaires d'animaux des espèces bovine et porcine (5), modifiée en dernier lieu par la directive 89/662/CEE (6), arrête, en ce qui concerne la leucose bovine enzootique, les garanties sanitaires communes applicables à certaines catégories de bovins destinés aux échanges intracommunautaires, qui entreront en application le 1er juillet 1990;
