2. Concurrent with the negotiation of the modifications set forth above and also related to the enlargement of the customs territory of the European Union to include the Republic of Bulgaria and Romania, the United States of America shall within 21 days of entry into force of this agreement submit for publication in the Federal Register a notice modifying the tariff-rate import quotas for cheeses allocated for the European Union in the additional U.S. notes 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23 and 25 of Chapter 04 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to reflect the enlargement of the customs territory of the European Union to include Bulgaria and Romania.

Concomitamment à la négociation des modifications énoncées ci-dessus et également en lien avec l'élargissement du territoire douanier de l'Union européenne à la République de Bulgarie et à la Roumanie, les États-Unis d'Amérique publieront au registre fédéral, dans un délai de vingt et un jours à compter de l'entrée en vigueur du présent accord, une notification modifiant les contingents tarifaires d'importation pour les fromages attribués à l'Union européenne dans les notes complémentaires des États-Unis nos 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23 et 25 du chapitre 4 de la nomenclature tarifaire harmonisée des États-Unis, afin de tenir compte de l'élargissement du territoire douanier de l'Union européenne à la Bulgarie et à la Roumanie.
