The entry into force of Directives 2001/12/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 February 2001 amending Council Directive 91/440/EEC on the development of the Community's railways (6), 2001/13/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 February 2001 amending Council Directive 95/18/EC on the licensing of railway undertakings (7) and 2001/14/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 February 2001 on the allocation of railway infrastructure capacity and the levying of charges for the use of railway infrastructure and safety certification (8) has had an impact on the implementation of interoperability.
L'entrée en vigueur de la directive 2001/12/CE du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 26 février 2001 modifiant la directive 91/440/CEE du Conseil relative au développement de chemins de fer communautaires (6), de la directive 2001/13/CE du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 26 février 2001 modifiant la directive 95/18/CE du Conseil concernant les licences des entreprises ferroviaires (7), et de la directive 2001/14/CE du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 26 février 2001 concernant la répartition des capacités d'infrastructure ferroviaire, la tarification de l'infrastructure ferroviaire et la certification en matière de sécurité (8) a eu des conséquences sur la mise en œuvre de l'interopérabilité.

Currently, Council Directive 2001/112/EC of 20 December 2001 relating to fruit juices and certain similar products intended for human consumption (6) and Council Directive 2001/113/EC of 20 December 2001 relating to fruit jams, jellies and marmalades and sweetened chestnut purée intended for human consumption (7) lay down specific provisions regarding production, composition and labelling of these products.
Actuellement, la directive 2001/112/CE du Conseil du 20 décembre 2001 relative aux jus de fruit et à certains produits similaires destinés à l'alimentation humaine (6) et la directive 2001/113/CE du Conseil du 20 décembre 2001 relative aux confitures, gelées et marmelades, ainsi qu'à la crème de marrons, destinées à l'alimentation humaine (7) prévoient des dispositions spécifiques en ce qui concerne la production, la composition et l'étiquetage de ces produits.
