Whereas, pursuant to section 4.5 of the Aeronautics Act, a copy of the proposed Zoning Regulations respecting Sarnia Airport, substantially in the form set out in the schedule hereto, was published in two successive issues of the Canada Gazette Part I on June 13th and 20th, 1987, and in two successive issues of The Sarnia Observer on June 13th and 17th, 1987, and a reasonable opportunity was thereby afforded to interested persons to make representations to the Minister of Transport with respect thereto.
Vu que, conformément à l’article 4.5 de la Loi sur l’aéronautique, le projet de Règlement de zonage concernant l’aéroport de Sarnia, conforme en substance à l’annexe ci-après, a été publié dans deux numéros successifs de la Gazette du Canada Partie I, les 13 et 20 juin 1987, ainsi que dans deux numéros successifs du The Sarnia Observer les 13 et 17 juin 1987, et que les intéressés ont ainsi eu la possibilité de présenter au ministre des Transports leurs observations à cet égard,
