The Commission has decided to open the investigation procedure laid down in Article 93(2) of the EEC Treaty into equity increases carried out by "Patrimonio del Estado" in the years 1986 to 1989 for a total amount of 7 100 million Ptas in favour of the company HYTASA S.A. The same company is being sold to the private sector for a symbolic price of 100 million Ptas.
