Lors de toute transformation ou dans le cadre de la location de tout nouveau site, Proximus s'efforce d'offrir une accessibilité optimale pour les personnes handicapées et ce critère est inclus dans les cahiers des charges Communication Pour chaque grand bâtiment administratif (27), Proximus diffuse l'information relative à l'accessibilité via son Intranet.
