Volgens HRW worden sinds het schooljaar eind augustus 2009 begon, vrouwelijke leerlingen naar huis gestuurd die geen hoofddoek of traditioneel lang gewaad (jilbab) dragen.
Selon la HRW, depuis que l'année scolaire à commencé à la fin du mois d'août, les écolières sont renvoyées à la maison si elles ne portent pas le foulard ou l'habit long traditionnel (jilbab).
