Kolom 2: buitenlandse communicatie omvat de naar het buitenlands gaande, alsmede de uit het buitenland komende communicatie, waarbij het om civiele, militaire of diplomatieke communicatie kan gaan
Spalte 2: Auslandskommunikation umfasst die ins Ausland gehende sowie die aus dem Ausland kommende Kommunikation, wobei es sich um zivile, militärische oder diplomatische Kommunikation handeln kann.
