In de periode van post-marketing surveillance is waargenomen dat tijdens operatieve behandeling van cataract een pupil situatie kan optreden, bekend als het “Intraoperative Floppy Iris Syndrome” (IFIS), welke verband houdt met tamsulosine therapie (zie ook rubriek 4.4).
