Bij patiënten behandeld met docetaxel in combinatie met cisplatine en 5-fluoro-uracil (TCF), traden febriele neutropenie en neutropenische infectie minder vaak op bij patiënten die profylactisch G-CSF ontvingen.
Chez les patients traités par docétaxel en association au cisplatine et au 5-fluorouracile (TCF), la fréquence des neutropénies fébriles et des infections neutropéniques a diminué lorsque les patients ont reçu du G-CSF en prophylaxie.
