L'hon. Herb Gray (vice-premier ministre, Lib.): Monsieur le Président, le premier ministre a déclaré très clairement que nos objectifs étaient d'amener Saddam Hussein à respecter à la lettre la résolution des Nations Unies, à renoncer à produire et à entreposer des armes de destruction massive et à autoriser le déroulement sans entraves des inspections des Nations Unies.
