M. Gilles Duceppe (Laurier-Sainte-Marie): Monsieur le Président, le leader du gouvernement à la Chambre nous a présenté son projet de réforme parlementaire ce matin en nous disant qu'il y avait énormément d'insatisfaction parmi la population, face au travail que les députés font en cette Chambre.
It also means that we will be able to serve our constituents much better. Mr. Gilles Duceppe (Laurier-Sainte-Marie): Mr. Speaker, when the government leader introduced his parliamentary reform agenda this morning, he said that there were much dissatisfaction in the population about the work the hon. members were performing in this House.
