(7) La société utilisatrice mentionnée au considérant 2 a fait valoir que le recul de la production de l'industrie communautaire était la conséquence de l'introduction, par cette industrie elle-même, d'une technique de production nouvelle et plus performante dans les unités de production d'alcools oxo, qui a modifié la proportion de production d'isobutanol par rapport aux autres produits, de sorte que l'industrie communautaire n'a pas été en mesure de produire les volumes d'isobutanol précédemment atteints.
(7) The processor company mentioned in recital 2 argued that the declining production of the Community industry was the consequence of the introduction, by the industry itself, of a new and more efficient production technology for oxoplants which altered the output radio of isobutanol to other products, thus making the Community industry incapable of producing volumes of isobutanol previously achieved.
