TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

1. La Commission peut, après avoir donné à l'État membre concerné la possibilité de présenter ses observations, arrêter une décision enjoignant à l'État membre de suspendre le versement de toute aide illégale, jusqu'à ce qu'elle statue sur la compatibilité de cette aide avec le marché intérieur (ci-après dénommée «injonction de suspension»).

The Commission may, after giving the Member State concerned the opportunity to submit its comments, adopt a decision requiring the Member State to suspend any unlawful aid until the Commission has taken a decision on the compatibility of the aid with the internal market (‘suspension injunction’).
