Toutefois, l'autorité compétente peut autoriser des transactions d'animaux identifiés ne répondant pas aux conditions prévues au premier alinéa pour autant que ces animaux soient acheminés immédiatement dans un abattoir dans l'État membre d'origine sans transiter par leurs installations, en vue d'y être abattus le plus rapidement possible afin d'éviter toute propagation des maladies.
However, the competent authority may authorize the marketing of identified animals which do not fulfil the conditions laid down in the first paragraph, in so far as they are brought direct to a slaughterhouse in the Member State of origin without passing through their facilities, for slaughter as soon as possible in order to prevent the spreading of diseases.
