Tommy Banks: I add my voice to the question that has been raised by Senator Nolin, and I can tell the Honourable Senator Segal that on the Standing Senate Committee on National Security and Defence, of which I have the honour to be a member, we have often discussed the desirability of having Conservatives as members operating on the committee, and also of having a Quebecer.
