TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

Le droit de l’Union interdit aux entreprises d’exploiter de façon abusive une position dominante sur le marché intérieur ou sur une partie substantielle de celui-ci, dans la mesure où le commerce entre les États membres est susceptible d’en être affecté.
EU law prohibits any abuse by undertakings of a dominant position on the internal market or on a substantial part of it, in so far as trade between Member States is liable to be affected by such abuse.
