In conclusion, the Commission is of the opinion that the implementation of the plan for the disposal of radioactive waste in whatever form, arising from the IRAW-CRAM Storage Facility for Radioactive Waste located adjacent to the National Radioactive Waste Repository at Mochovce in Slovakia, both in normal operation and in the event of an accident of the type and magnitude considered in the General Data, is not liable to result in a radioactive contamination, significant from the point of view of health, of the water, soil or airspace of another Member State.

En conclusion, la Commission est d’avis que la mise en œuvre du projet de rejet d’effluents radioactifs, sous n’importe quelle forme, issus du nouveau centre national de stockage de déchets radioactifs jouxtant la centrale nucléaire de Mochovce, en Slovaquie, n’est pas susceptible d’entraîner pendant sa durée de fonctionnement normale, après sa fermeture définitive ni en cas d’accident du type et de l’ampleur envisagés dans les données générales, une contamination radioactive significative du point de vue de la santé, des eaux, du sol ou de l’espace aérien d’un autre État membre.
In conclusion, the Commission is of the opinion that the implementation of the plan for the disposal of radioactive waste in whatever form arising from the National Radioactive Waste Repository located adjacent to the Mochovce Nuclear Power Plant site in Slovakia, during its normal operational life and after its final closure, as well as in the event of accidents of the type and magnitude considered in the General Data, is not liable to result in a radioactive contamination significant from the point of view of health, of the water, soil or airspace of another Member State.

En conclusion, la Commission est d'avis que la mise en œuvre du projet de rejet d'effluents radioactifs sous n'importe quelle forme provenant de l'installation SPIRAL-2, en France, ne risque pas d'entraîner, aussi bien en fonctionnement normal qu'en cas d'accident du type et de l'ampleur envisagés dans les données générales, une contamination radioactive significative, du point de vue sanitaire, des eaux, du sol ou de l'espace aérien d'un autre État membre.
In conclusion, the Commission is of the opinion that the implementation of the plan for the disposal of radioactive waste in whatever form from the SPIRAL-2 facility in France, both in normal operation and in the event of an accident of the type and magnitude considered in the general data, is not liable to result in a radioactive contamination of the water, soil or airspace of another Member State that would be significant from the point of view of health.

Si la demande de signification ou de notification ne rentre manifestement pas dans le champ d’application du présent règlement ou si le non-respect des conditions de forme imposées rend impossible la signification ou la notification, la demande et les actes transmis sont retournés, dès leur réception, à l’entité d’origine, accompagnés de l’avis de retour dont le formulaire type figure à l’annexe I.
3. If the request for service is manifestly outside the scope of this Regulation or if non-compliance with the formal conditions required makes service impossible, the request and the documents transmitted shall be returned, on receipt, to the transmitting agency, together with the notice of return using the standard form set out in Annex I.

Si la demande de signification ou de notification sort manifestement du champ d'application du présent règlement ou si le non-respect des conditions de forme requises rend impossible la signification ou la notification, la demande et les pièces transmises sont retournées, dès leur réception, à l'entité d'origine, accompagnées de l'avis de retour dont le formulaire type figure en annexe.
